N10
Privacy policy
Effective September 29, 2026 ยท Applies to the N10 app for iPad and Mac, and the N10 website.
Short version: N10 collects no data. Everything you import stays on your device.
What N10 does with your files
- Session files you import (.xrk, .xrz or CSV) are read and analyzed on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- On the website you can attach an onboard video to a session. It is only played back next to your data on your device. N10 doesn't analyze it, upload it or keep it after you close the page.
- N10 has no server that receives your data. The app works fully offline.
What N10 does not do
- No accounts and no sign-in.
- No analytics, no crash-reporting services, no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No access to your camera, microphone, location, photo library or contacts. Files are chosen with the system file picker, so N10 only sees the file you pick.
- No sale or sharing of personal information, because we don't have any.
Where your data lives
- Your session library is stored only in N10's private storage on your device (and, on the website, in your browser's local storage).
- On iPad and Mac, that storage may be included in your own device backup (iCloud or your computer) under your Apple account. We can't access those backups.
- Session files that other apps hand to N10 (for example through AirDrop, the Files app or a share sheet) are copied into N10's folder on your device, which you can see and manage in the Files app.
Children and teens
N10 is used by junior karters and their parents. Because N10 collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children or teens either. There is nothing for a parent to request, correct or delete on our side. Everything can be removed on the device itself.
Deleting your data
Delete a session in N10 to remove it. In the iPad app, this also deletes the copy of that session's file in N10's Imports folder. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. On the website, clearing your browser's site data does the same.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and in the app with a new effective date. Because N10 collects nothing, any change that would start collecting data would be announced clearly before it takes effect.
